The year comes first: the year at a glance with every US federal holiday (handy for shipping cutoffs and sales), business goals with a sales goal, products to launch, an audience goal and four quarterly focus panels, and a sales summary for the year: sales, orders, expenses, profit and tax set aside for each month, with totals, best sellers and lessons for next year.
Every month gets two pages. A content calendar: the month grid with roomy squares to mark posts, launches and sales, the month’s holidays listed below it, a channels key with a color for each, and a launches-and-promotions list. Then sales and expenses: four totals at the top (sales, expenses, profit, tax set aside), a sales log by date, channel, item, quantity and amount, and an expenses log with common categories written in.
Then the tools: two product launch planners (the product, its price and cost, a one-line promise, a four-step checklist from four weeks out to after launch, and sales on day one, week one and month one), two inventory pages with cost, price, stock and reorder points, a tax set-aside page with a month-by-month table and a quarterly payments table, a content ideas bank and a page for suppliers. The tax page is a savings tracker, not tax advice: it reminds you to check your due dates with your tax office or preparer.
Includes 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030 editions and an undated edition, and every one comes in a Sunday-start and a Monday-start version. In the undated edition the month pages have write-in lines for the month and year and the calendar squares are unnumbered with a small box for the date.
You get 30 print-ready PDFs of 35 pages each, one for every year, week start and paper size: US Letter (8.5 x 11 in, 216 x 279 mm), A4 (8.3 x 11.7 in, 210 x 297 mm) and half letter (5.5 x 8.5 in, 140 x 216 mm). Files are named by year, week start and size, for example small-business-planner-2027_2027_sun_letter.pdf. The font license is included. Set in Instrument Serif and Instrument Sans, in deep ink-navy with patina-blue frames, washed-linen texture and butter-yellow holiday dots. Writing rows are at least 0.3 in (7.5 mm) apart on every size.
How to print: open the PDF and print at 100% ("Actual size"), not "Fit to page", so the lines keep their spacing. Everything sits at least 0.4 in (10 mm) inside the edge, the large areas are pale tints, and the fullest page covers about 3% of the sheet with ink, so it is light on a home inkjet.
