The agreement between you and Kadal when you use the store and buy a file from it.

Who we are
Kadal Store (store.kadal.cc) is run by Kadal, which is Mithunish Prabhakaran working as an individual in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Write to store@kadal.cc about anything on this page.
What you are buying
Every product is a digital file, or a set of them, together with a licence to use it. You are buying the licence described on the product page and on the licence page; you are not buying the copyright in the files, which stays with Kadal.
Payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the payment itself.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Paddle adds any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live, and shows the total before you pay.
Delivery
Files are delivered by download from your library at store.kadal.cc/account, as soon as Paddle confirms the payment — usually within a few seconds. You can download them again whenever you need to. When a pack gains a new file, everyone who bought that pack gets it too.
If we retire a product from the shop, everyone who bought it keeps it in their library. If the store ever closes, we will give at least 60 days' notice by email so you can download everything you own.
Your account
You sign in with Google or GitHub. An account is for one person: please don't share it or your downloads, and keep the account you sign in with secure. We may limit how fast files can be downloaded, and close an account that is used to redistribute files.
Refunds
See the refund policy. A refund ends the licence for what was refunded and removes those files from your library.
Our responsibility
We describe every file honestly and check it before it goes on sale. If a file is faulty we will fix it or refund it. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, our total responsibility for a purchase is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai have jurisdiction. Please write to us first — most things are sorted out by email.
We may update these terms; the version in force when you bought something applies to that purchase.
