Who handles refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns, so every refund is paid back by Paddle to the card or account you paid with.
A file that isn't right
If a file is broken, doesn't match what its product page described, or won't open in the software the page lists, tell us within 14 days of buying it. We'll fix it, or refund you in full if we can't.
Changed your mind
If you haven't downloaded any of the files from an order yet, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying, for any reason. Once a file has been downloaded it has been delivered, and we can't take it back.
Things we always refund
- A duplicate charge.
- A charge for something you already owned under the same licence.
- A charge made by mistake on our side.
How to ask
- Email store@kadal.cc from the address on your account, with the order number from your Paddle receipt; or
- go to paddle.net, look up your order with the email you paid with, and request a refund there.
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle within 5 working days; your bank may take a few more days to show it. A refund ends the licence for what was refunded and removes those files from your library.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to the rights you have under the law where you live and does not take any away. Purchases are also covered by Paddle's buyer terms.
