A digital planner for iPad, made for writing on with a stylus in PDF annotation apps such as GoodNotes and Notability. Every page is 180 x 240 mm (7.09 x 9.45 in), the 3:4 shape of a 1668 x 2224 iPad screen, so a page fills the screen when you hold it upright. It is made for the screen, not for printing.

Each dated edition (483 to 485 pages) has a cover, a year at a glance, a page of US federal holidays with the weekdays they are observed, and a page for birthdays. Then twelve month calendars, a weekly page for every week (53 or 54) and a page for every day of the year, February 29 included in 2028. Each day page has an hourly schedule from 6 AM to 10 PM, a top 3, a to-do list, notes and a mini calendar of the month. After the days come twelve habit trackers (eight habits, a row for every day), a yearly budget table, twelve monthly budget pages (income, bills, expenses and a savings goal), a reading log for 24 books, a books-to-read list and 20 note pages: eight lined, six dot grid and six squared grid.

The undated edition (497 pages) has the same pages with the dates left for you: twelve write-in months with unnumbered calendar grids, five week pages and 31 day pages for each month (write in the date and circle the weekday), and the federal holidays listed by rule, so you can start it in any month of any year.

Getting around: tabs down the right side of every page open the year, each month, the trackers and the notes. Every date in a calendar opens its day page, week buttons open the week, the buttons at the top lead back up, and arrows step to the previous or next day, week or month. Each file has 24,163 to 24,462 links, and every one has been checked to open the page it names.

Includes 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030 editions and an undated edition, each as a Sunday-start and a Monday-start file (10 PDFs). The eleven federal holidays are printed on their dates, and when one falls on a weekend the weekday it is observed is marked too. Dates are written US style (July 5, 7/5) with 12-hour times.

The look is Cool Blue: icy and luminous blues on a soft cloud-white page, ink-navy type set in Manrope, crisp lines and rounded panels. You also get a one-page how-to-use guide (importing, the tabs, duplicating note pages, choosing Sunday or Monday start) and the font license.

To use it, save the PDF to your iPad and import it into your annotation app. In most apps a link works when you tap it in read-only or viewing mode, or with a finger; switch back to the pen to write. Duplicate a note page inside the app whenever you need more.
