Every day gets its own page. At the top: the weekday and date in a large serif, the day of the year, and any US federal holiday on a butter-yellow tag. Then a quick check-in: five battery cells for energy, five circles for mood, hours of sleep and a meds box. Below it, the day itself: a time-block bar from 7 AM to 10 PM with a dotted half hour and a color key (focus, tasks, care, rest) so you can shade your hours and see the shape of the day; a dot-grid brain dump for everything on your mind; a top 3 with numbered circles and checkboxes; and a done list, because what you did counts too.

Before every week sits a weekly reset: the seven days with their dates and room for appointments, a reset checklist with ten everyday jobs already written in (laundry, dishes, refill meds, charge everything and more), the week’s top 3, wins from last week and a habit grid. Before the week that holds the 1st comes a month page with a calendar, the month’s federal holidays, three focus lines, big dates and a reward. The cover lists the page where every month starts, and a year-at-a-glance page lists every federal holiday with its date.

Includes 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030 editions and an undated edition, and every one comes in a Sunday-start and a Monday-start version. The dated editions run from January 1 to December 31: in 2027 that is 365 daily pages, 53 weekly resets and 12 month pages. The undated edition is a five-page set to print as you go: a cover with the four steps, the year at a glance with the holiday rules, a month page, a weekly reset and a daily page with a write-in date and a circle-the-day row.

You get 20 print-ready PDFs of 432 to 434 pages for the dated editions and 5 for the undated one, one for every year, week start and paper size: US Letter (8.5 x 11 in, 216 x 279 mm) and A4 (8.3 x 11.7 in, 210 x 297 mm). Files are named by year, week start and size, for example adhd-friendly-planner_2027_sun_letter.pdf. The font license is included. Set in Instrument Serif and Instrument Sans, in deep ink-navy with patina-blue frames, washed-linen texture and butter-yellow holiday dots. Print a month at a time: the cover gives the page number where each month begins.

How to print: open the PDF and print at 100% ("Actual size"), not "Fit to page", so the lines keep their spacing. Everything sits at least 0.4 in (10 mm) inside the edge, the large areas are pale tints, and the fullest page covers about 3% of the sheet with ink, so it is light on a home inkjet.
