About this file
Everything for a little North Pole magic, in one 10-page file with a contents page first. All the letters are original, with blanks to fill in by hand, so each one feels written for your child.
Letters from Santa (pages 2–3): a printed letter on North Pole letterhead with a postage stamp and a wax seal, with blanks for your child’s name, two lines for what they did this year, a line for what Santa is proud of and a P.S., signed Santa Claus; and the same letterhead with 16 lines for writing your own. Nice List certificate (page 4): a framed certificate with a fan arch and a North Pole seal, with lines for the name and the date, signed by Santa, with a line for the chief elf.
Elf letters (pages 5–6): a hello letter from a helper elf, with blanks for your child’s name and the elf’s name, and a goodbye letter for Christmas Eve with lines for a favorite moment. The elf is a generic helper elf, so it suits any elf your family welcomes. Reindeer food tags (page 7): six tags, 2.4 × 3.9 in (60 × 100 mm), each with a reindeer, an original rhyme and a hole to punch for ribbon; fill little bags with oats and colored sugar (no glitter, which is hard on birds).
Christmas Eve box labels (page 8): two lid labels, 6 × 3.75 in (152 × 95 mm), with a line for the name and a checklist (pajamas, a book, hot cocoa, a movie, a treat for Santa, carrots for the reindeer). For kids to write (pages 9–10): a wish list with ten wishes, gifts to give, kind things done and a box to draw in, and a fill-in Dear Santa letter.
The look is Neo Deco: a pleated fan arch, chevron bands, hanging baubles, a reindeer, a Santa hat and a stocking in deep pine green and brass with touches of garnet, on cream tints. The letters and certificate look best on cream or ivory card stock.
You get two print-ready PDFs of 10 pages each, one for US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) and one for A4 (210 × 297 mm), plus the font license. Set in Gloock for the titles, Josefin Sans for the capitals, Figtree for the letters and Fraunces italic for Santa’s signature.
How to print: open the PDF and print at 100% (“Actual size”), not “Fit to page,” so the cards keep their sizes. Use the Letter file for US Letter paper and the A4 file for A4. Everything sits at least 0.4 in (10 mm) inside the edge, large areas are pale tints, and the fullest page puts ink on about 4% of the sheet, so it is light on a home inkjet. Print only the pages you need, as many times as you like; cut along the solid lines.
