Everything for a New Year’s Eve at home, in one 17-page file with a contents page first. It is undated, so you can print it again every December.

New Year’s Eve bingo (pages 2–11): a caller’s checklist with a winners box, 40 calling cards and 16 different cards, two to a page (each 8.5 × 5.5 in on Letter, A5 on A4), with a fireworks burst on every free square; no two cards hold the same words. My year in review (page 12): twelve questions, from the best day of the year to one word for it, for each guest to fill in, fold and have read out after the countdown while everyone guesses who wrote it.

Resolution cards (page 13): six cards, 3.5 × 3 in (89 × 76 mm), with lines for the resolution, a check-in date and a name. Kids’ time capsule (pages 14–15): favorites, height and what I want to be, a box to draw yourself, a handprint box, predictions for next year and a wish, to seal and open next New Year’s Eve. Word of the year (page 16): your word, why it matters, three ways to live it and spring, summer and fall check-ins. Countdown bag labels (page 17): six labels, 3.5 × 3 in, one for each hour from 7 PM to midnight, each with an activity: a pajama fashion show, snacks, a game, a dance party, a wish and noisemakers at midnight.

The look is Midnight: white pages with navy accents, a fine gold rule and a scatter of gold, navy and rose confetti, with coupe glasses, a clock at midnight, a party hat and a disco ball.

You get two print-ready PDFs of 17 pages each, one for US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) and one for A4 (210 × 297 mm), plus the font license. Set in Poiret One for the titles and Figtree for everything else.

How to print: open the PDF and print at 100% (“Actual size”), not “Fit to page,” so the cards keep their sizes. Use the Letter file for US Letter paper and the A4 file for A4. Everything sits at least 0.4 in (10 mm) inside the edge, large areas are pale tints, and the fullest page puts ink on about 4% of the sheet, so it is light on a home inkjet. Print only the pages you need, as many times as you like; cut along the solid lines.
