A seasonal planner to keep Christmas organized, in one 12-page file with a contents page first. It is undated, so you can print it again every year.

Holiday budget (page 2): planned, spent and left for gifts, food and drink, decorations, cards and postage, travel, entertaining, giving, outfits and other, with a totals row and a notes box. Gift tracker (pages 3–4): 36 rows for who it’s for, gift ideas, budget, bought and wrapped boxes, and cost. Card list (pages 5–6): 24 address boxes with sent and received boxes.

Menu planner (page 7): Christmas Eve and Christmas Day menus (starters, main, sides, dessert and drinks), a shopping checklist and a prep timeline from a week before to an hour before. Cookie exchange (pages 8–9): date, time and place, a 14-baker table (cookie, dozens, allergens and a recipe box), how the swap works, notes, and two recipe cards, 6 × 4 in (152 × 102 mm), to cut out and share.

December (page 10): every day from the 1st to the 31st, each with a box to write the weekday in, so it fits any year. To do and to buy (page 11): two checklists side by side. Christmas memories (page 12): the year, where you celebrated, the best moment, gifts given and received, what you ate, who was there, something funny, a new tradition and next year’s plans.

The look is Neo Deco: a pleated fan arch, chevron bands, hanging baubles and stepped panels in deep pine green and brass with touches of garnet, on cream tints.

You get two print-ready PDFs of 12 pages each, one for US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) and one for A4 (210 × 297 mm), plus the font license. Set in Gloock for the titles, Josefin Sans for the capitals and Figtree for everything else.

How to print: open the PDF and print at 100% (“Actual size”), not “Fit to page,” so the cards keep their sizes. Use the Letter file for US Letter paper and the A4 file for A4. Everything sits at least 0.4 in (10 mm) inside the edge, large areas are pale tints, and the fullest page puts ink on about 4% of the sheet, so it is light on a home inkjet. Print only the pages you need, as many times as you like; cut along the solid lines.
