The dated planners include 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030 editions and an undated edition, each following the techo year from December to December with Monday-start weeks; the mini log refills and the stamp-rally travel log are undated. Every file comes in English and in English with Japanese, with the Japanese set smaller and lighter beside the English.

Sizes across the pack: slim (95 × 188 mm), A6 (105 × 148 mm), A5 (148 × 210 mm), B6 (128 × 182 mm), M6 (80 × 126 mm) and M5 (62 × 105 mm), each PDF page one planner page at its finished size; the smallest size of each planner also comes laid out on A4 and US Letter sheets with crop marks, ready to print double-sided and cut. Set in Instrument Serif and Instrument Sans, with Noto Sans JP and Shippori Mincho for the Japanese, in a deep indigo ink (never black) with hairline rules in pale indigo. Saturdays are indigo and Sundays vermilion, as on Japanese calendars, and each month has its own small seasonal sprig, from plum blossom in January to nandina berries in December.
