A photo diary for the small prints that come out of instant cameras and pocket photo printers. The frames are drawn at print size with old-album photo corners in coffee brown on cream, in the Showa-retro coffee-shop look of the Kissaten Home Café Kit, so a print slides under the corners and sits square.

Eight pages: an opening page with a matchbox-style label, name, year and camera lines and a memories box; a monthly photo index of 31 numbered days with a line for each day; and three frame pages, for 54 x 86 mm prints upright, 86 x 54 mm prints sideways and 2 x 3 in (51 x 76 mm) prints, six to a page on A4 and Letter and two on A5, each frame with a date line and a caption line underneath.

Then a mixed page with frames for both print sizes above a diary box, a favourite-shot page with a single 54 x 86 mm frame on a mat and lines for the story behind it, and a lined diary page. Frame pages with room to spare at the foot add a few diary lines.

You get six PDFs of eight pages, English and English with Japanese alongside each label (set smaller), each for A5 (148 x 210 mm), A4 (210 x 297 mm) and US Letter (8.5 x 11 in), plus the font licence. Undated. Set in Fraunces and Josefin Sans, with Zen Old Mincho for the Japanese.

How to print: print at 100% ("Actual size") so the frames match your prints, and check one print against a frame first. Use 120 gsm paper or card for pages that will hold photos. Every page keeps a 10 mm margin.
