Twenty-one analog textures to give clean digital footage the feel of film, tape and paper: for music videos, travel edits, vlogs, retro intros and short-form video.

Film grain (4): fine 35mm-style, 16mm-style, heavy 16mm-style with a gentle exposure flicker, and grain with a touch of colour noise, all original grain on mid grey. Film gate (2): a rounded gate edge with vignette that weaves a few pixels, and the same gate with a hair caught at the edge. Dust and scratches (4): light dust, heavy dust, scratch runs, and hair and dust. Light leaks (4): a warm edge leak, a magenta burn, a flickering projector leak and a one-shot flare sweep. VHS (4): a rolling tracking band, full-frame static, head-switching noise along the bottom, and coloured glitch lines. Torn paper (3): a torn border, torn strips top and bottom, and a torn-sheet wipe that covers a cut.

Formats: grain comes as MP4 on 50 percent grey for the Overlay or Soft Light blend mode; light leaks and static as MP4 on black for Screen. Dust, scratches, the film gate and the VHS lines come as QuickTime MOV with alpha (lossless), WebM (VP9) with alpha and blend-mode MP4s; torn paper as MOV and WebM with alpha. Everything comes at 1920 x 1080 (16:9) and 1080 x 1920 (9:16) at 30 fps, except the grain, which has no direction and is supplied at 1920 x 1080 to turn for vertical video. Loops run 1 to 4 seconds and repeat seamlessly.

How to use: put the file on a track above your footage and set the blend mode named in the README, or drop in an alpha MOV or WebM as it is. The README starts with a short guide to which zip suits a phone editor, a desktop editor or the web.
