About this file
Strata Bands looks through an arched window into a cliff face. In the upper part the beds lie thin and flat; below a darker erosion line they are thicker, folded and dipping, the way real rock records two different ages. The layers cycle through a five-colour palette, every third band carries fine bedding lines, and a double rule frames the arch, leaving generous plain paper all round.
Colourways: Desert, Coast, Night. Each colourway comes at two sizes, A3 (297 x 420 mm) and 16 x 20 in (406.4 x 508 mm), and each size is composed for its own proportions rather than cropped. For every colourway and size you get a vector SVG, a vector PDF set to the exact paper size, and a 300 dpi PNG (3508 x 4961 px at A3, 4800 x 6000 px at 16 x 20) - eighteen files in all.
Every line is a true vector path, never a traced bitmap, so it scales cleanly to any larger print. The PDF is the one to send to a print shop or print at home at 100% ("Actual size"); a matte or fine-art paper suits it best. Desert is the warm terracotta one; Coast is cool sage and slate with a sandy band; Night is the dark, moody version with dusty plum and apricot.
