About this file
Orbit Rings is a quiet geometric with a space-age streak. Twenty-two rings grow outward from a small golden sun, each one broken by a few gaps so the eye keeps moving round. The centres drift very slightly downward as the rings grow, which gives the set weight and stops it reading as a target. A handful of rings are drawn heavier or in the accent colour, and five planets of different sizes sit on the unbroken arcs, each with a sliver of clear paper around it.
Colourways: Cream, Midnight, Clay. Each colourway comes at two sizes, A3 (297 x 420 mm) and 16 x 20 in (406.4 x 508 mm), and each size is composed for its own proportions rather than cropped. For every colourway and size you get a vector SVG, a vector PDF set to the exact paper size, and a 300 dpi PNG (3508 x 4961 px at A3, 4800 x 6000 px at 16 x 20) - eighteen files in all.
Every line is a true vector path, never a traced bitmap, so it scales cleanly to any larger print. The PDF is the one to send to a print shop or print at home at 100% ("Actual size"); a matte or fine-art paper suits it best. Cream is the light, gallery-wall version; Midnight is the dark one with warm accents; Clay is the bold terracotta ground for a statement wall.
