Six letter sheet designs, each A5 (148 × 210 mm, 5.8 × 8.3 in) with pale lines 8 mm apart, a Dear line, a date line and a From line. Air mail: striped airmail bands, a paper-plane stamp, a postmark and wavy cancellation lines. Ume blossom: a plum branch in flower over a seigaiha wave border. Tea time: an asanoha band and a teacup. Paper cranes: three origami cranes in flight over a shippo border. Snail mail: washi-style tape at the corners and a snail carrying a letter. Stamp collection: three little stamps under a postmark.

Six matching envelope templates make C6 envelopes, 114 × 162 mm (4.5 × 6.4 in), which hold an A5 sheet folded in half. The printed side is the outside: the front has From and To lines and a stamp box (with an airmail border on the Air mail design), and the flaps carry the matching pattern: airmail stripes, seigaiha, asanoha, shippo, kikko or ichimatsu. Glue zones are marked, and a last page shows how to fold one in four steps.

Every file comes in two editions: English, and English with Japanese. The Japanese edition has the same pages with short Japanese labels set beside the English, smaller and lighter: 様 after the name on the Dear line, より after yours on the From line, 日付 for the date, and 宛先, 差出人 and 切手 on the envelopes. It suits pen pals writing between languages and anyone learning Japanese.

You get 10 PDFs and the font licence. Letter sheets: centred on A4 and on US Letter with corner trim marks, and as A5 pages to print straight onto A5 paper, 6 pages each. Envelopes: A4 and US Letter, 7 pages each (six templates and the folding guide). Whichever paper size you choose, the A5 file comes with it. Set in Fraunces and Courier Prime, with Klee One for the Japanese.

How to print: open the PDF for your paper and print at 100 % ("Actual size"), not "Fit to page". Print the A5 file on A5 paper, or print the A4 or US Letter file and trim the sheet out at the corner marks. Everything sits at least 11 mm inside the edge of the page, colour is kept to pale tints and small accents, and no page uses more than about 3 % ink coverage.
