You get 6 PDFs: A5, A4 and US Letter in each edition, 8 pages on A4 and US Letter and 9 on A5, where the questions run over two pages. The A5 file fits A5 binders and notebooks. Undated: print a page whenever you need one. Set in Fraunces and Courier Prime, with Klee One for the Japanese.

How to print: open the PDF for your paper and print at 100 % ("Actual size"), not "Fit to page". Everything sits at least 11 mm inside the edge of the page, and no page uses more than about 5 % ink coverage.
