Keep a promise where you will see it fifty times a day. Each wallpaper is a 31-day tracker set just below the lock-screen clock: a title, a write-in line, and 31 numbered circles in rows of seven. Open the wallpaper in your photo editor, mark today's circle with the markup pen, save, and set it again. The growing row of marks is the motivation.

Three trackers: Lock In, for any habit you choose (write it on the "my habit" line); Alcohol-Free January, a 31-day reset with a line for your reason; and No-Buy Month, 31 days of buying only what you need, with a line for what you are saving for. The days are numbered 1 to 31, not dated, so you can start any day.

Eight colourways for each: luminous blue, cloud, butter, sage, blush, lavender, terracotta and midnight. Light colourways suit a dark markup pen, dark ones a light pen.

What you get: six zips, one for each tracker and phone, each holding the eight colourways as PNG. iPhone files are 1290 x 2796 px and Android files are 1440 x 3200 px. The top 28 % is kept clear for the clock and the bottom 12 % for the home bar. Set in Instrument Serif, Manrope and Cormorant Garamond.
