Four pages that take the couple from a year or more out to the thank-you cards. Each period has its own band: a year or more, nine to twelve months, six to nine months, four to six months, two to three months, one month, two weeks, one week, the day before, the day itself, and after the wedding. Under each are the tasks that usually fall then, seventy-seven in all, each with a checkbox.

The tasks are written for any couple: book the venue and the officiant, send the save-the-dates, chase the last RSVPs, write the running order, hand the tip envelopes to a trusted friend. Every period also has blank checkbox rows for your own tasks, set in two columns, and the last page ends with a notes box.

You get two print-ready PDFs, one for A4 (210 x 297 mm) and one for US Letter (8.5 x 11 in), and the font licence. Four pages per file. Set in Cinzel capitals and Lato, with fine line-art eucalyptus, olive sprigs and roses in sage, blush and a champagne tint, under an arched title.

How to print: open the PDF and print at 100% ("Actual size"), not "Fit to page", so the lines keep their spacing. Choose the A4 file for A4 paper and the Letter file for US Letter. Everything sits at least 12 mm inside the edge, the colours are pale tints and fine lines, and no page uses more than a few percent ink, so it is light on a home inkjet. Undated: print a fresh copy whenever you need one.
