Page one is the run of the day: thirty rows with columns for the time, what happens, who is involved and where, from hair and make-up to the last dance. Hand a copy to whoever is keeping time.

Page two holds the wedding party (name, role, phone and their job on the day) and the key contacts for the day, with roles pre-printed faintly: venue coordinator, officiant, photographer, videographer, caterer, florist, band or DJ, hair and make-up, cake, transport, planner and an emergency contact.

Page three is a photo shot list for your photographer in five groups (getting ready, the ceremony, family and friends, the two of you, and the celebration), with 27 common shots written in, a checkbox for each, and blank rows for the shots that matter to you.

You get two print-ready PDFs, one for A4 (210 x 297 mm) and one for US Letter (8.5 x 11 in), and the font licence. Three pages per file. Set in Cinzel capitals and Lato, with fine line-art eucalyptus, olive sprigs and roses in sage, blush and a champagne tint, under an arched title.

How to print: open the PDF and print at 100% ("Actual size"), not "Fit to page", so the lines keep their spacing. Choose the A4 file for A4 paper and the Letter file for US Letter. Everything sits at least 12 mm inside the edge, the colours are pale tints and fine lines, and no page uses more than a few percent ink, so it is light on a home inkjet. Undated: print a fresh copy whenever you need one.
