About this file
Page one is the budget by category: venue, catering, attire, flowers, photography and video, music, stationery, rings, hair and make-up, transport, favours, honeymoon and other. Each row has columns for the estimate, the actual cost, the deposit paid, the balance and the date it is due, with a faint note of what the category usually covers. A totals row sits underneath, and lines at the top hold the total budget, what you set aside for extras and what you have spent so far.
Page two is the payment schedule: vendor, what the payment is for, the amount, the due date and a paid box, for twenty or so payments, with a panel at the foot for the total to pay, what is paid and what is still to pay. There are no currency symbols anywhere, so it works in any currency.
You get two print-ready PDFs, one for A4 (210 x 297 mm) and one for US Letter (8.5 x 11 in), and the font licence. Two pages per file. Set in Cinzel capitals and Lato, with fine line-art eucalyptus, olive sprigs and roses in sage, blush and a champagne tint, under an arched title.
How to print: open the PDF and print at 100% ("Actual size"), not "Fit to page", so the lines keep their spacing. Choose the A4 file for A4 paper and the Letter file for US Letter. Everything sits at least 12 mm inside the edge, the colours are pale tints and fine lines, and no page uses more than a few percent ink, so it is light on a home inkjet. Undated: print a fresh copy whenever you need one.
