About this file
Four one-sheet envelope templates, each with a printed liner that shows when the flap is lifted: pink gingham under an arched flap, a strawberry patch under a pointed flap, daisy dots under a wallet flap, and cherry hearts under a scalloped flap. Page five shows how to fold one, with a diagram for each of the four steps.
The two files make different envelopes, so pick the one for your paper. The A4 file makes a C6 envelope, 114 × 162 mm (4.5 × 6.4 in), which takes a sheet of A4 folded in four. The US Letter file makes an A2 envelope, 111 × 146 mm (4.375 × 5.75 in), which takes a sheet of US Letter folded in four.
Cut on the solid line, crease the dashed lines and fold. The printed side becomes the inside, so the outside stays plain for the address and stamp. The bottom flap covers nearly the whole back and glues to the side flaps along two pale yellow zones, so the envelope closes properly; seal the top flap with glue or a sticker.
Made for letter writers and pen pals, for thank-you notes and birthday cards, and for wrapping a small gift, a pressed flower or a packet of seeds with care.
You get two print-ready PDFs, A4 (210 × 297 mm) and US Letter (8.5 × 11 in), five pages each, and the font licence. Set in Caveat, a handwriting-style face, with Quicksand for the small labels, in Strawberry Post's pale pinks, leaf green and butter yellow.
How to print: open the PDF for your paper and print at 100% ("Actual size"), not "Fit to page", so everything comes out at its stated size. Everything sits at least 11 mm inside the edge of the page. Colour is kept to pale tints and small motifs, and no page puts down more than about 6% ink coverage.
