Two pages of four bookmarks, each 45 × 175 mm (1.75 × 6.9 in) with a small line of its own: "just one more chapter" on pink gingham, "a berry good book" on strawberries, "happy reading" under a chain of daisies, "page by page" with cherries, "save my place" on green gingham with a bow, "read, rest, repeat" on butter dots, "lost in a story" on hearts, and "reading is sweet" in a scalloped frame.

Page three is the backs: reading notes with lines for the title, author, the dates you started and finished, five hearts to colour for a rating, and lines for notes. The layout is symmetric, so the backs line up when page three is printed on the reverse of page one or two (flip on the long edge); or cut them out and glue them on.

Each bookmark has a punch-hole marker at the top for a ribbon tassel. Print on card, 200 gsm or more.

You get two print-ready PDFs, A4 (210 × 297 mm) and US Letter (8.5 × 11 in), three pages each, and the font licence. Set in Caveat, a handwriting-style face, with Quicksand for the small labels, in Strawberry Post's pale pinks, leaf green and butter yellow.

How to print: open the PDF for your paper and print at 100% ("Actual size"), not "Fit to page", so everything comes out at its stated size. Everything sits at least 13 mm inside the edge of the page. Colour is kept to pale tints and small motifs, and no page puts down more than about 6% ink coverage.
