Page one builds your routine: a morning table and an evening table of seven numbered steps each, with columns for the step, the product and notes. Common steps are pencilled in faintly (cleanse, tone, serum, moisturise, sunscreen) so you can keep or change them, and a small table below holds weekly extras such as a face mask.

Page two is a 31-day log. Every day has a tick box for your morning routine and one for your evening routine, five circles to rate how your skin feels from 1 to 5, and a line for notes, such as a new product or a late night. Write the month at the top.

Page three is a product shelf with 21 rows for the product, the date you opened it, its use-by date and a five-sparkle rating, so you know what you have and what to finish first.

You get two print-ready PDFs, one for A4 (210 x 297 mm) and one for US Letter (8.5 x 11 in), plus the font licence. 3 pages per file. Set in Fraunces and Mulish, in a soft plum-grey with pale peach, lilac, butter and sage tints, fine single-line botanicals and small four-point sparkles.

How to print: open the PDF and print at 100% ("Actual size"), not "Fit to page", so the sizes and spacing stay true. Choose the A4 file for A4 paper and the Letter file for US Letter. Everything sits at least 10 mm inside the page edge, so a home inkjet prints all of it. Light on ink: fine pale lines and small tints only.
