Turn a vague plan into a project on a single page. Write the goal, why it matters and what done looks like, then break it into up to eight milestones, each with a due date and a checkbox. Below them sit a next-actions checklist and a dot-grid notes area.
Page two is an action list with columns for who is doing each action, when it is due and whether it is done. It works for work projects, home renovations and side projects alike.
You get two print-ready PDFs, one for A4 (210 x 297 mm) and one for US Letter (8.5 x 11 in). 2 pages per file. Set in Inter, with fine grey rules that guide your handwriting without shouting over it.
How to print: open the PDF and print at 100% ("Actual size"), not "Fit to page", so the grid keeps its spacing. Choose the A4 file for A4 paper and the Letter file for US Letter. Everything sits at least 10 mm inside the edge, so any home or office printer can print it, and it is undated so you can print it again whenever you need a fresh page.
