About this file
Page one is the month's budget: four framed tables with budget and actual columns, for income (four rows), fixed bills (eight rows), variable spending (eight rows) and savings and debt (four rows). Common entries are pencilled in faintly, such as rent or mortgage, energy, groceries and an emergency fund. Below them sit the totals and a line for what is left to budget, so every bit of income has a job.
Page two is an expense log with 30 rows for the date, a description, the category and the amount. Page three is a bill tracker: seventeen rows for the bill, its due date and amount, with a paid tick box for each month from January to December.
No currency symbols are printed anywhere, so it works in any currency. It is undated: write the month or year at the top of each page.
You get two print-ready PDFs, one for A4 (210 x 297 mm) and one for US Letter (8.5 x 11 in), plus the font licence. 3 pages per file. Set in Fraunces and Mulish, in a soft plum-grey with pale peach, lilac, butter and sage tints, fine single-line botanicals and small four-point sparkles.
How to print: open the PDF and print at 100% ("Actual size"), not "Fit to page", so the sizes and spacing stay true. Choose the A4 file for A4 paper and the Letter file for US Letter. Everything sits at least 10 mm inside the page edge, so a home inkjet prints all of it. Light on ink: fine pale lines and small tints only.
