About this file
Page one is the trip and its bookings: destination, travellers, dates, nights and budget, then tables for flights (date, from, to, flight, departs, arrives and confirmation), places to stay, transfers and other bookings, each with a confirmation column.
Page two is a seven-day itinerary, a box for each day with a date line and lines for morning, afternoon and evening. Page three is a packing list in eight groups (documents, clothes, sun and swim, toiletries, tech, health, the journey and little extras) with common things pre-printed faintly and blank rows for everything else.
You get two print-ready PDFs, one for A4 (210 x 297 mm) and one for US Letter (8.5 x 11 in), and the font licence. Three pages per file. Set in Cinzel capitals and Lato, with fine line-art eucalyptus, olive sprigs and roses in sage, blush and a champagne tint, under an arched title.
How to print: open the PDF and print at 100% ("Actual size"), not "Fit to page", so the lines keep their spacing. Choose the A4 file for A4 paper and the Letter file for US Letter. Everything sits at least 12 mm inside the edge, the colours are pale tints and fine lines, and no page uses more than a few percent ink, so it is light on a home inkjet. Undated: print a fresh copy whenever you need one.
