About this file
One page for one day. The schedule runs hourly from 6 am to 10 pm with a dotted half-hour line, so short meetings and long blocks both fit. Beside it: your top three for the day, a thirteen-line to-do list with checkboxes and a dot-grid notes area.
It is undated: circle the day of the week and write in the date. The A4 file labels hours in 24-hour time (06:00); the US Letter file uses 12-hour time (6 am).
You get two print-ready PDFs, one for A4 (210 x 297 mm) and one for US Letter (8.5 x 11 in). One page per file. Set in Inter, with fine grey rules that guide your handwriting without shouting over it.
How to print: open the PDF and print at 100% ("Actual size"), not "Fit to page", so the grid keeps its spacing. Choose the A4 file for A4 paper and the Letter file for US Letter. Everything sits at least 10 mm inside the edge, so any home or office printer can print it, and it is undated so you can print it again whenever you need a fresh page.
