Page one is the year at a glance: twelve rows, one per month, with 31 circles each to shade, and a key of four circles to colour in your own way (period, light days, spotting and symptoms are pencilled in faintly). A notes box fills the foot of the page.

Page two is the monthly log. Every day has four circles for flow (none, light, medium, heavy), seven check boxes for symptoms (cramps, headache, bloating, tender, spots, tired, cravings), and three circles each for mood and energy. A notes column runs down the right-hand side.

Page three is a cycle summary: thirteen rows for each cycle's start date, cycle length and period length, a box for your averages, and a box for questions to ask and changes you've noticed.

It is a private record that helps you spot patterns over time, and it is handy to bring to an appointment. It records what you write down and nothing more.

You get two print-ready PDFs, one for A4 (210 x 297 mm) and one for US Letter (8.5 x 11 in), plus the font licence. 3 pages per file. Set in Fraunces and Mulish, in a soft plum-grey with pale peach, lilac, butter and sage tints, fine single-line botanicals and small four-point sparkles.

How to print: open the PDF and print at 100% ("Actual size"), not "Fit to page", so the sizes and spacing stay true. Choose the A4 file for A4 paper and the Letter file for US Letter. Everything sits at least 10 mm inside the page edge, so a home inkjet prints all of it. Light on ink: fine pale lines and small tints only.
