Page one turns one goal into a plan. Write the goal and its deadline, why it matters to you, and six steps, each numbered on a small pearl with a "by when" date beside it. Two boxes side by side list what might get in the way and how you'll handle it, and a last box holds the treat you'll give yourself when you get there.

Page two is a monthly check-in for twelve months: for each, write the month, colour up to five hearts for your progress, and note what went well and your next step. Print a set for every goal you set.

You get two print-ready PDFs, one for A4 (210 x 297 mm) and one for US Letter (8.5 x 11 in), plus the font licence. 2 pages per file. How to print: open the PDF and print at 100% ("Actual size"), not "Fit to page", so the lines keep their spacing. Choose the A4 file for A4 paper and the Letter file for US Letter. Everything sits at least 10 mm inside the edge, the large areas are pale tints, and the fullest page covers about 3% of the sheet with ink, so it is light on a home inkjet. Undated, so you can print a fresh copy whenever you need one.
