This planner is made for tablets, not for printing. It is one landscape PDF, 297 x 222.75 mm (a 4:3 page that fills a tablet screen), for writing on with a stylus in PDF annotation apps such as GoodNotes and Notability.

It has 107 pages: a cover, an index and a yearly goals page across eight areas of life, then twelve month sections, each a monthly page with blank date squares followed by five undated weekly pages. After those come ten daily pages (an hourly schedule from 6:00 to 21:00, priorities, to-do, meals, water, mood and gratitude), twelve monthly habit trackers and ten notes pages, five lined and five dot grid. Nothing is dated, so it works for any year, and the weeks start on Monday.

Getting around: tabs down the right-hand side of every page jump to any month and to Goals, Habits and Notes, and the tab for the section you are in is filled in rose. An Index button at the top of every page takes you home. Month pages link to their five weeks, week pages link back to their month, and the daily, habit and notes pages have numbered buttons to move between them. There are 2,522 links in all, and every one goes to a page inside the file.

How to use it: save the PDF to your tablet, then import it into your annotation app (open the file and choose the app, or use the app's import button). In most apps a link works when you tap it in the viewing or read-only mode; switch back to the pen to write. Duplicate pages inside the app whenever you need more weeks, days or notes.

Set in Cormorant Garamond, Jost and Pinyon Script, with satin bows, pearls and scalloped edges on a pale blush page. You get the PDF and the font licence.
