Page one is timed: an hourly schedule from 6:00 to 21:00 runs down the left, each hour with a fainter dotted line for the half hour. On the right are your top three priorities beside little bow bullets, a ten-item to-do list in two columns, lines for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, three lines for what you are grateful for today, and a notes box.

Page two is untimed and led by the to-do list: 25 checkbox lines down the left (23 on Letter) for days that run on lists rather than hours, with the same priorities, meals and gratitude and a larger notes box on the right. Both pages have a line for the day and the date, eight hearts to colour in for glasses of water, and five hearts for your mood.

Made for women and older teen girls who love the coquette look: blush panels with scalloped edges, rose bows, pearls and elegant italic headings, with plenty of clean space to write. The writing lines are about 7.5 mm apart.

You get two print-ready PDFs, one for A4 (210 x 297 mm) and one for US Letter (8.5 x 11 in), plus the font licence. 2 pages per file. Set in Cormorant Garamond italic for the headings and Jost for the small labels, with one word in Pinyon Script, and finished with satin bows, pearls and soft scalloped edges in blush and rose.

How to print: open the PDF and print at 100% ("Actual size"), not "Fit to page", so the lines keep their spacing. Choose the A4 file for A4 paper and the Letter file for US Letter. Everything sits at least 10 mm inside the edge, the large areas are pale tints, and the fullest page covers about 2% of the sheet with ink, so it is light on a home inkjet. Undated, so you can print a fresh copy whenever you need one.
