Eight envelope templates, one to a page: Groceries, Bills, Fun Money, Savings, Gifts, Self-Care, Eating Out, and a blank one you name yourself. Each folds into an envelope 165 x 80 mm (6.5 x 3.15 in). The front carries the category, budget and month lines and a six-row log with date, in, out and balance columns. The flap repeats the category, so you can find the right envelope from the back too.

The pocket is the full 165 x 80 mm, so US dollar bills (156 x 66 mm) and the euro, pound and rupee notes in everyday use, none larger than about 153 x 77 mm, lie flat inside. A thumb notch in the opening makes the notes easy to reach. No currency symbols are printed, so the set works in any currency.

Two pages of insert cards, three to a page, each 150 x 75 mm (5.9 x 2.95 in) so it slips inside an envelope: envelope trackers with date, description, in, out and balance columns, and savings-goal cards with ten circles to colour in as you get closer.

To make one, cut along the solid lines, fold every dashed line back so the print stays on the outside, and glue the two side tabs inside. A one-line key and three short steps sit under every template. Card stock of 160 to 200 gsm makes the sturdiest envelopes; ordinary printer paper works too.

You get two print-ready PDFs, one for A4 (210 x 297 mm) and one for US Letter (8.5 x 11 in), plus the font licence. Ten pages per file: eight envelopes and two pages of insert cards. Set in Fraunces and Mulish, in a soft plum-grey with pale peach, lilac, butter and sage tints, fine single-line botanicals and small four-point sparkles.

How to print: open the PDF and print at 100% ("Actual size"), not "Fit to page", so the sizes and spacing stay true. Choose the A4 file for A4 paper and the Letter file for US Letter. Everything sits at least 10 mm inside the page edge, so a home inkjet prints all of it. Light on ink: pale lines and small tints only.
