The page for ages 5 to 8 asks for a name, an age and a birthday on large lines, then has four boxes to draw in (this is me, my family, my favourite food, my favourite animal), a heart to colour in a favourite colour, and an "I am good at" line.

The page for ages 9 to 14 has name, age, birthday, class and school lines, a self-portrait box, eight favourites (food, book, song, film, animal, colour, subject and best friend), and room to write three words that describe me, what I want to be when I grow up, and something I'm proud of.

My goals for this year has six goals to fill in: something to learn, something to get better at, a kind thing to do, a place to go, a book to read and a habit to start, each with lines and a star to colour once it is done.

Good for the first week of a new school year, a new year at home, or a time capsule to open later.

You get two print-ready PDFs, one for A4 (210 x 297 mm) and one for US Letter (8.5 x 11 in), 3 pages in each file, plus the font licence. Set in Fredoka (titles) and Nunito (labels), with soft purple-grey outlines and pastel pink, lavender, mint, sky, butter and peach. Part of the Daydream family.

How to print: open the PDF and print at 100% ("Actual size"), not "Fit to page". Choose the A4 file for A4 paper and the Letter file for US Letter. Everything sits at least 10 mm inside the edge, so a home inkjet prints the whole page. Plain copier paper works; thin card lasts longer on a fridge or a classroom wall.
